Patricia is a qualified Counsellor and Leadership Coach who is committed to helping individuals and couples become the best that they can be, fuelled by their own strengths and experience.
Patricia is originally from the northeast of England and has lived and worked in Singapore for 26 years. As a consequence she has a good understanding of the challenges that face both the local and expat communities.
Prior to completing her Masters in Counselling, Patricia developed her knowledge and understanding serving the community in various roles, gaining valuable experience working with young people, with women’s issues and in hospice care. She has worked in both Singapore and the UK.
Relationships have always been her passion. Patricia is a committed Couples Therapist who believes we are all are hard wired for connection and so our relationships make an invaluable contribution to our happiness. Her work draws from the Gottman model where she has completed training Levels 1 & 2. This is strongly supported by her training as an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist where she is about to start training Level 3.
She was awarded BA Honours in Social Sciences from the University of York and then went on to obtain Post Graduate qualifications in Education from the University of Leeds, then later a Post Graduate diploma in Leadership and Management Coaching from the University of Northumbria’s Business School. Her Masters in Counselling is from Monash University in Australia.
Patricia's clinical hours are Tuesday 11.00am-9.00pm, Thursday 6.00pm-9.00pm, Friday 9.00am-6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am-4.00pm, by appointment only.
